Niviomails provides a secure platform for managing Gmail accounts through a single web interface.

Administrators can connect Gmail accounts using Google OAuth and assign mailbox access to authorized users.

• User accounts are created and managed by administrators.
• Users are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.
• Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
• Administrators may suspend or remove user accounts when necessary.

When connecting a Google account:

• Authentication is completed through Google's secure OAuth sign-in page.
• Google will request your permission before granting access.
• Access can be revoked at any time from your Google Account settings or by disconnecting the account from Niviomails.

Users must not:

• Send spam or phishing emails.
• Use the platform for illegal activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to another user's mailbox.
• Abuse Google APIs.
• Violate applicable laws or Google's policies.

• Niviomails software, branding, and platform design remain the property of the platform owner.
• Users retain ownership of their email content.
• Google services remain the property of Google.

We strive to keep Niviomails available and secure, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times.

Access may be suspended or terminated if:

• These Terms are violated.
• Unauthorized or unlawful activity is detected.
• Requested by the organization administrator.
• Required by law.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
